Rope Sculpturs

Katie began collaborating on soft sculptures with her mother, Kandi Stirman in 2017. As a macramé artist, Kandi’s work has great potential to be re-imagined in creatively immersive ways. It has been Katie’s steadfast vision to take traditional wall hangings and transform them into welcoming installations and sculptures for theater. This slow progression of works has finally emerged and become a reality. Below are images of their work together
